Frequently Asked Questions

What are your vessels made of?

Our vessels are individually hand-poured using high-quality cement, giving each piece its own subtle character and texture. Once dried, every vessel is finished with a premium protective sealer to enhance durability and help protect against moisture and everyday use.

Every Clay & Cotton candle is hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax and premium-grade fragrance oils for a clean, long-lasting burn. Free from paraffin, soy wax burns cleaner, lasts longer, and is a more sustainable choice for your home.

Every item is handmade, which means small variations in colour, texture, and finish are completely normal — it's part of what makes each piece one of a kind. We photograph as accurately as possible, but no two pieces will ever be perfectly identical.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to water. Cement is a natural, porous material, so we recommend keeping pieces away from harsh chemicals and avoiding drops onto hard surfaces.
